As many of the guests are coming from abroad we need to have an exact headcount to organize the wedding and following days properly. Even if the ceremony is during daylight a formal attire (Evening dress) is required. Military members please wear (Army) Dress Blues with bow tie or Dress Mess, or service equivalent. Stetsons encouraged. We encourage our guests not to wear white / [Esp] Incluso si la ceremonia es durante el día, se requiere vestimenta formal. Alentamos a nuestros invitados a no vestir de blanco / [Ita] Anche se la cerimonia si svolge durante il giorno è richiesto un abito formale. Incoraggiamo i nostri invitati a non vestirsi di bianco.

The Ceremony is in an indoor space as well as the reception. Cocktail hour will be held in the terrace of the reception in the outdoors. All indoor spaces will have air conditioning / [Esp] La Ceremonia se realiza en un espacio interior al igual que la recepción. La hora del cóctel se realizará en la terraza de la recepción al aire libre. Todos los espacios interiores contarán con aire acondicionado. / [Ita] La Cerimonia si svolgerà in uno spazio all´interno così come il ricevimento. L'aperitivo si terrà nella terrazza del ricevimento all'aperto. Tutti gli spazi interni saranno dotati di aria condizionata.

The Hotel will provide Valet parking, but we recommend to take an Uber to get to the Ceremony. The ceremony is two blocks away from the Reception, so we encourage our guests to walk, as you will see the lovely area of Casco Antiguo. For those who prefer not to walk, we are hiring a van to shuttle people in groups from the church to the reception. [Esp] El Hotel brindará Valet parking, pero recomendamos tomar un Uber para llegar a la Ceremonia. La ceremonia es a 300m de la recepción, por lo que animamos a nuestros invitados a caminar, ya que verán una hermosa zona del Casco Antiguo. Para aquellos que prefieran no caminar, se les proporcionará transporte hasta la recepcion / [Ita] L'Hotel fornirà il servizio di Valet Parking, ma vi consigliamo di prendere un Uber per raggiungere la Cerimonia. La cerimonia si terrà a 300m dal ricevimento, quindi incoraggiamo i nostri invitati a camminare, poiché vedrete una bella zona di Casco Antiguo. Per coloro che preferiscono non camminare sarà previsto il trasporto fino al luogo del ricevimento.

Tours should be around $100-150 per day per person depending on the activity.
